The title compound was prepared in analogy to example 7 step A from 2-(4-trifluoromethoxy-phenyl)-2,8-diaza-spiro[4.5]decan-1-one acetic acid salt (described in example 180 step C) and 2-phenyl-propionyl chloride. Off-white solid. MS (ESI): 447.3 (MH+).
