Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in analogy to example 148 step F) from 8-(2-chloro-benzenesulfonyl)-2,8-diaza-spiro[4.5]decan-1-one (described in example 148 step E or example 179 step A for an alternative synthesis) and 1-(4-bromo-phenyl)-cyclobutanol (prepared as described in SYNLETT 2004, No. 8, pp 1440-1442). White solid. MS (ESI): 475.0 (MH+).
