The title compound was afforded as an oil (65 mg, 65%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.17-7.13 (m, 2H), 6.99-6.93 (m, 2H), 4.07 (t, J=5.2 Hz, 2H), 3.92 (t, J=6.7 Hz, 2H), 3.81 (s, 3H), 3.06 (quintet, J=6.6 Hz, 1H), 3.01-2.93 (m, 1H), 2.81 (t, J=5.2 Hz, 2H), 2.46 (s, 3H), 2.16 (s, 3H), 2.03-1.96 (m, 2H), 1.84-1.76 (m, 2H), 1.68-1.49 (m, 4H), 1.33-1.23 (m, 2H), 1.27 (d, J=7.0 Hz, 3H).
