Using the procedure of Example 1 Step 2, tert-butyl 3-((5-bromo-2-chloropyrimidin-4-yloxy)methyl)azetidine-1-carboxylate was reacted with cis-4-methylcyclohexanamine to provide the title compound in 55% yield. 1H NMR (CDCl3, 300 MHz) 8.10 (s, 1H), 5.17 (m, 1H), 5.47 (d, 2H), 4.11-4.00 (m, 3H), 3.84-3.79 (m, 2H), 3.02-2.98 (m, 1H), 1.78-1.58 (m, 6H), 1.46 (s, 9H), 1.46-1.27 (m, 3H), 0.95 (d, 3H); MS (ESI) m/z: Calc: 454.2 (M+). Found. 456.1 (M+2).
