Example 8a (85 mg, 0.17 mmol) was reacted with 1,2,4-triazole (2.5 eq.) and CsCO3 (1.94 eq.) as described under General Procedure L and the crude mixture was purified by flash chromatography (silica gel, Et2O) to afford the title compound as a pale yellow oil (58 mg, 72%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.12 (s, 1H), 7.95 (s, 1H), 7.17 (m, 2H), 7.01-6.95 (m, 2H), 4.39-4.36 (m, 4H), 3.83-3.78 (m, 5H), 2.91 (m, 1H), 2.32 (s, 3H), 2.16 (s, 3H), 1.94-1.89 (m, 2H), 1.27 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 3H). MS (ES+) m/z 476.2 (M+H+).
