Example 8a (83 mg, 0.17 mmol) was reacted with 3,3-difluoropyrrolidine hydrochloride (2.5 eq.) as described under General Procedure K and the crude mixture was purified by flash chromatography (silica gel, hexane/Et2O 70:30) to afford the title compound as a pale yellow oil (47 mg, 54%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.20-7.15 (m, 2H), 7.01-6.95 (m, 2H), 4.03 (t, J=5.6 Hz, 2H), 3.95 (dt, J=2.1, 6.8 Hz, 2H), 3.83 (s, 3H), 2.97 (m, 1H), 2.95 (t, J=13.4 Hz, 2H), 2.79-2.71 (m, 4H), 2.49 (s, 3H), 2.33-2.21 (m, 2H), 2.18 (s, 3H), 2.06-1.98 (m, 2H), 1.30 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 3H). MS (ES+) m/z 514.2 (M+H+).
