Prepared from 3-(2-pyridin-2-yl-ethoxy)-benzoic acid and 4-amino-1-hydroxymethyladamantane to give the title compound as a mixture of two isomers. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ: 8.88 (t, 1H), 8.28 (q, 1H), 7.84 (d, 1H), 7.75 (q, 1H), 7.32 (q, 2H), 7.23-7.29 (m, 1H), 6.93-7.04 (m, 1H), 6.44-6.51 (m, 1H), 4.44 (q, 2H), 4.14-4.22 (m, 1H), 3.61 (q, 2H), 3.27 (s, 1H), 2.10-2.24 (m, 2H), 1.98-2.09 (m, 2H), 1.55-1.94 (m, 8H), 1.45-1.54 (m, 1H), 1.40 (d, 1H).
