Prepared from 3-{2-[1-(3-hydroxy-2,2-dimethyl-propionyl)-piperidin-4-yl]-ethoxy}-benzoic acid and 4-amino-1-hydroxymethyladamantane to give the title compound as a mixture of two isomers. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ: 7.31-7.38 (m, 2H), 7.24-7.29 (m, 1H), 7.02 (d, 1H), 6.31-6.43 (m, 1H), 4.33-4.45 (m, 2H), 4.17-4.24 (m, 1H), 4.07 (t, 2H), 3.49 (s, 2H), 3.26 (d, 2H), 2.74-2.87 (m, 2H), 2.12-2.19 (m, 2H), 2.01-2.05 (m, 1H), 1.42-1.93 (m, 15H), 1.27 (s, 6H), 1.14-1.23 (m, 2H).
