Reaction Steps

The compound obtained in step g above (25g) (150 mg, 0.312 mmol) and 10% Pd/C (20 mg) were stirred in MeOH (10 mL) at room temperature for 15 h under H2 atmosphere, the mixture was filtered through celite, washed with MeOH several times and then concentrated. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography which gave the title compound as a white solid (50 mg, 41%).
