The product from Example 2g (275 mg, 1.33 mmol) was reacted with the product from Example 52b (307 mg, 1.33 mmol) for 18 h following the procedure from Example 1g giving the crude title compound which was purified by HPLC with TFA providing the product as a trifluoroacetic acid (305 mg, 45%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm: 0.97 (t, J=7.35 Hz, 3H) 1.75-1.94 (m, 2H) 2.38 (s, 3H) 2.98 (t, J=7.35 Hz, 2H) 6.30 (d, J=6.99 Hz, 1H) 6.49-6.66 (m, 3H) 6.91-7.04 (m, 1H) 7.29-7.44 (m, 3H) 7.79 (d, J=8.82 Hz, 1H) 8.39 (d, J=7.35 Hz, 1H) 8.96 (d, J=8.46 Hz, 1H) 9.57 (s, 1H) 10.95 (s, 1H) 14.34 (s, 1H); MS (ESI+) m/z 402 (M+H−TFA)+.
