The product from Example 1d (111 mg, 0.62 mmol) was reacted with the product from Example 128b (192 mg, 0.62 mmol) for 18 h following the procedure from Example 1g giving the crude title compound which was purified by HPLC with TFA providing the product as a trifluoroacetic acid (50.9 mg, 15%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm: 2.72 (s, 3H) 3.19 (s, 3H) 3.42 (s, 3H) 6.71 (d, J=6.99 Hz, 1H) 6.94 (d, J=8.82 Hz, 2H) 7.36 (d, J=8.82 Hz, 1H) 7.50 (d, J=8.82 Hz, 2H) 7.63 (dd, J=8.82, 2.57 Hz, 1H) 7.72 (d, J=8.82 Hz, 1H) 7.75 (d, J=2.57 Hz, 1H) 8.53 (d, J=6.99 Hz, 1H) 8.81 (d, J=8.46 Hz, 1H) 10.88 (s, 1H) 14.46 (s, 1H); MS (ESI+) m/z 449 (M+H−TFA)+.
