The title compound was prepared from the product of Example 2g (750 mg, 3.63 mmol), and the product of Example 199c (988 mg, 3.63 mmol) combined in 10 mL of EtOH and heated to 80° C. for 40 hrs. After cooling to room temperature the solvent was removed under vacuum giving the title compound (1.2 g, 74%).
