Reaction Steps
To a solution of (1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-4-ylmethyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (200 mg, 0.809 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (6 mL) was added trifluoroacetic acid (1.58 mL, 20.6 mmol). After 14 hours, the reaction was concentrated in vacuo to afford the title compound which was used in the without purification.
