Reaction Steps
According to the process described in Example 1, starting with 0.75 g of tert-butyl 6-hydrazinopyridine-3-carboxylate and 0.58 g of methyl 4-oxotetrahydrothiophene-3-carboxylate, 0.7 g of tert-butyl 6-(3-oxo-4,6-dihydro-1H-thieno[3,4-c]pyrazol-2(3H)-yl)pyridine-3-carboxylate is obtained in the form of a white solid.
