Reaction Steps
The above product from step 3 was added TFA in DCM (1:1, 2 mL), 30 min later, the solution was concentrated under vacuum and was purified by preparative HPLC to give (R)-4-(2-amino-3-methoxypropylamino)-2-(3-methylisothiazol-5-ylamino)benzamide as TFA salt. MS 336.2 (M+H); UV 293.8 nm.
