Prepared according to Scheme 6, B conditions, starting from Intermediate 8 and methyl 3-methyl-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)benzoate. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6 400 MHz): δ 9.54 (s, 1H), 8.00-7.86 (m, 4H), 7.60 (dd, J=8.8, 2.4 Hz, 1H), 7.36 (d, J=2.4 Hz, 1H), 2.59 (s, 3H). MS (ESI): m/z 280.9[M+H]+.
