Procedure
tert-Butyl 4-{[(4-fluorophenyl)carbonothioyl]-carbamoyl}piperidine-1-carboxylate (0.37 g, 1.01 mmol) was mixed with 2-hydrazinylprimidine (0.13 g, 1.21 mmol) and sodium acetate (0.099 g, 1.21 mmol) in 3 ml of 1,4-dioxane and acetic acid (1:1). After heating at 80° C. for 45 min, the solvents were removed under vacuum. The resulting residue was re-dissolved in dichloromethane and washed with saturated sodium bicarbonate solution and water. The organic layers were concentrated, and the residue was purified by column chromatography using a gradient of 0˜50% ethyl acetate in hexanes. LC-MS (m/z): 369.10 [M−56+H]+, 447.14 [M+Na+H]+. 1HNMR (CDCl3, 500 MHz): δ 8.92 (d, J=4.8 Hz, 2H), 8.25-8.28 (m, 2H), 7.38 (t, J=4.8 Hz, 1H), 7.15 (t, J=8.7 Hz, 2H), 4.24-4.27 (br, 2H), 3.94-4.00 (m, 2H), 2.91-2.96 (br, 2H), 2.00-2.10 (br, 4H), 1.52 (s, 9H).
