In a manner similar to the procedure described in Example 7, 3-(4-aminophenyl)-2,3,4,7-tetrahydro-6H-pyrimido[1,2-c]quinazolin-6-one (20.2 mg, 0.069 mmol) and 3-methoxyphenyl isocyanate (0.0098 mL, 0.076 mmol) were reacted to give the title compound as a white solid (20.1 mg, 66%). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ: 10.69 (s, 1H), 8.65 (s, 1H), 8.62 (s, 1H), 7.98 (d, J=7.3 Hz, 1H), 7.39-7.47 (m, 3H), 7.13-7.27 (m, 4H), 6.98-7.10 (m, 2H), 6.93 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 6.55 (dd, J=8.4, 2.2 Hz, 1H), 4.18-4.26 (m, 1H), 3.73 (s, 4H), 3.48-3.62 (m, 2H), 2.90-3.02 (m, 1H).
