Procedure
A methanol (9.5 mL) solution of ethyl 4-amino-2-[6-chloro-1-(3,3,4,4,4-pentafluorobutyl)-1H-indazol-3-yl]-5-methyl-6-oxo-6,7-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-5-carboxylate, as described in Example 157, (1.02 g, 1.91 mmol) and hydrazine (3.13 g, 96 mmol) was heated at 50° C. After 1.5 hours the solution was concentrated in vacuo. The crude reaction mixture was dissolved in methanol and concentrated in vacuo again. The remaining material was lyophilized from water and acetonitrile to give the title compound as a yellow solid which was used without further purification. m/z=519.0 (M+H).
