Procedure
The title compound was prepared in analogy to the procedure described for Step H1, but diethylaluminium chloride (1.8M in toluene) [96-10-6] was used instead of trimethylaluminium chloride, and 5-bromo-2-[(4-cyano-phenyl)-(2,5-dimethyl-2H-pyrazol-3-ylamino)-methyl]-1-isopropyl-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester (Step AX1) was used instead of 2-[(3-chloro-4-fluoro-phenylamino)-(4-cyano-phenyl)-methyl]-1-isopropyl-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester to afford the title compound as a solid. ESI-MS: tR=0.99 min, [M+H]+ 438/440 (LC-MS 1).
