The title compound was prepared in analogy to the procedure described for Example 25 but 4-[2-bromo-5-(5-chloro-1-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydro-pyridin-3-yl)-1-isopropyl-4-oxo-1,4,5,6-tetrahydro-pyrrolo[3,4-b]pyrrol-6-yl]-benzonitrile (Intermediate AE) and [4-methoxy-5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)-pyrimidin-2-yl]-methyl-amine (Intermediate V) were used instead of 2-bromo-5-(5-chloro-2-methyl-phenyl)-6-(4-chloro-phenyl)-1-isopropyl-5,6-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[3,4-b]pyrrol-4-one and 4-methoxy-5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)-pyrimidin-2-ylamine respectively to afford the title compound as a white solid. ESI-MS: tR=0.83 min, [M+H]+ 544/546 (LC-MS 1); TLC: Rf=0.38 (9:1 CH2Cl2/MeOH).
