1-Methyl-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole (86 mg, 0.42 mmol), palladium tetrakis (26.1 mg, 0.02 mmol) and Na2CO3 (0.75 ml, 0.75 mmol) were added to a solution of 5-bromo-4-methyl-2-[(phenylmethyl)oxy]-N-4-pyridazinylbenzamide (may be prepared as described in Example 5; 150 mg, 0.38 mmol) in 1,2-dimethoxyethane (3 ml).
