Reaction Steps
A mixture of compound 21 (0.5 g, crude) in NH3.MeOH (7 N, 40 mL) was stirred at 35° C. for 16 h and then evaporated to dryness. Purification by silica gel chromatography [dichloromethane:methanol (100:1 to 20:1)] to give the product 22 as a white foam (0.22 g, 53%). LC-MS (M+H)+=514
