Reaction Steps
A mixture of compound 29 (0.235 g, 0.43 mmol) in NH3.MeOH (10 mL) was stirred at r.t for 3 h and then evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure. Purification by silica gel chromatography column [dichloromethane:methanol (40:1)] gave 30 as a white solid (0.135 g, 62%). LC-MS: (M+H)+=508.1
