A solution of compound 6 (0.52 g, 1 mmol) in NH3.MeOH/dioxane (6 mL/6 mL) was stirred at 20° C. After 18 h the reaction mixture was evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure. Purification by silica gel chromatography [petroleum ether:ethyl acetate (4:1 to 1.5:1)] provided 32 (0.314 g, 61%) as a white solid.
