To a solution of 1-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-3-(4-(morpholin-4-yl)phenyl)-1,5-dihydro-4H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]pyridin-4-one (500 mg) obtained in Example 179 in ethanol (4 mL) was added 4M hydrogen chloride ethyl acetate (0.612 mL), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 30 min. The reaction mixture was concentrated, and the residue was crystallized from DMSO and ethyl acetate to give the title compound (433 mg).
