To a solution of 7-chloro-1-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-4-methoxy-3-(1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]pyridine (40 mg) obtained in Step A of Example 177 in THF (3 mL) was added isocyanatoethane (0.018 mL), and the mixture was stirred overnight at room temperature. To the reaction mixture was added water, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed successively with water and saturated brine, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and concentrated under reduced pressure to give the title compound (45 mg).
