The sub-title compound was synthesized by the method of example 1 step (vii) from the product of example 1 step (v) (100 mg) and ethyl glycinate. The sub-title compound (23 mg) was obtained as a colourless amorphous solid; 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3); 6.92 (2H, s), 6.84 (1H, s), 6.76-6.70 (2H, m), 4.68 (2H, br s), 4.18 (2H, q), 3.81 (3H, s), 3.79 (2H, s), 3.77 (2H, s), 3.39 (2H, s), 2.56 (6H, s), 2.28 (3H, s), 2.22 (3H, s), 1.26 (3H, t); LC-MS: m/z=543.
