The sub-title compound was synthesized by the method of example 1 step (vii) from the product of example 1 step (v) (500 mg) and Methyl 1H-imidazole-5-carboxylate (199 mg). The sub-title compound (90 mg) was obtained as a white solid; 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3); 7.73 (1H, s), 7.61 (1H, s), 6.89 (2H, s), 6.83 (1H, d), 6.61 (1H, s), 6.55 (1H, d), 5.42 (2H, s), 3.78 (3H, s), 3.68 (5H, s), 2.46 (3H, s), 2.42 (6H, s), 2.26 (3H, s); LC-MS: m/z 566.
