5-(4′-acetyl-biphenyl-3-yl)-1-(2-chloro-phenyl)-3-pentafluoroethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole (18.0 mg, 0.04 mmol) prepared in Example 107 and hydroxylamine hydrochloride (5.0 mg, 0.07 mmol) were added to a mixed solvent of distilled water (30.0 uL) and ethanol (1.5 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at 50° C. for 3 hours, concentrated under reduced pressure and then ethyl acetate was added thereto. The reaction mixture was washed with distilled water and brine, dried on anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and then concentrated under reduced pressure to give 17.0 mg of the titled compound as a yellow liquid.
