Procedure

5-(3′-Amino-biphenyl-4-yl)-1-(2-chloro-phenyl)-3-[di-(trifluoromethyl)-hydroxy-methyl]-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole (8.0 mg, 0.02 mmol) prepared in Example 253, pyridine (2.2 uL, 0.02 mmol) and acetyl chloride (1.4 uL, 0.02 mmol) were added at 0° C. to dichloromethane (0.3 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours and then distilled water was added thereto. The reaction mixture was extracted with dichloromethane two times. The combined extract was washed with a 1N hydrochloric acid solution, a saturated solution of sodium carbonate, and brine, dried on anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and then concentrated under reduced pressure to give a yellow liquid residue. The resulting residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (eluent: ethyl acetate/n-hexane=1/1) to give 1.9 mg of the titled compound as a yellow liquid.
