Procedure
A mixture of 3-(benzotriazol-1-yloxy)-6-chloro-pyridazine-4-carboxylic acid (4-tert-butyl-phenyl)-amide (0.348 g, 0.82 mmol) and 4-fluorobenzylamine (1.0 mL, 8.75 mmol) was stirred at 60° C. under N2 for 30 min, cooled to RT, and purified by flash column chromatography. The desired compound was obtained as a solid. MS (ES+) 413.0 (M+H)+. Calc'd for C22H22ClFN4O-412.89.
