Starting from 2-[2-(4-1,2-benzisothiazol-3-yl-piperazin-1-yl)-ethyl]-4-fluoro-phenylamine (142 mg, 0.4 mmol) and 2-chlorophenyl isocyanate (56 μL, 0.4 mmol) and following the procedure as outlined in Example 60, 120 mg of 1-{2-[2-(4-1,2-benzisothiazol-3-yl-piperazin-1-yl)-ethyl]-4-fluoro-phenyl}-3-(2-chloro-phenyl)-urea was isolated as an off white powder in 100% purity @ 254 nm; LCMS (APCI): 508 [M-2H]−.
