N-(1-Acetyl-3,3-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-indol-6-yl)-2-(1H-indazol-6-ylamino)-nicotinamide (500 mg) was deprotected heating with 12 N HCl (3 ml) and EtOH (3 ML) at reflux for 1 h. Dried under vacuum and purified via HPLC. M+H 399.3; Calc'd for C23H22N6O: 398.2.
