Compound 763 was prepared from 4-hydroxy-5-oxo-1-(2-piperazin-1-yl-ethyl)-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylic acid (3,4-dichloro-benzyl)-methyl-amide and isoxazole-5-carbonyl chloride using the method described for compound 759. The title compound was purified by preparative HPLC (C18, ODS-A, S-75 μm, 10%–20%–30% acetonitrile/water/0.5% HCl) and isolated as a brown solid (0.0268 g, 22% yield). HRMS (M+H) calcd for C23H26N5Cl2O5: 522.13111. found: 522.1312.
