The title compound was prepared by following the general method as a white solid (48 mg, 49%) from (4aS,9bR)-8-hydroxy-5-methyl-6-trifluoromethyl-1,3,4,4a,5,9b-hexahydro-pyrido[4,3-b]indole-2-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (Example 71, 100 mg, 0.27 mmol), 3-bromomethyl-pyridine (141 mg, 0.56 mmol) and K2CO3 (156 mg, 1.12 mmol). MS (ESI): 364 (base, M+H).
