Reaction Steps
Prepared according to the method of example 50(a), using N-[2-[(3S)-3-amino-1-pyrrolidinyl]-6-chloro-5-quinolinyl]-cyclopentanepropanamide (Example 62) (300 mg) and [[(1,1-dimethylethyl)dimethylsilyl]oxy]-acetaldehyde (133 μl). Purification (SiO2, methanol:dichloromethane 3:97 as eluant) gave the sub-title compound as a solid (200 mg).
