Reaction Steps
Prepared according to the method of example 67(a), using N-(2,6-dichloro-5-quinolinyl)-cyclohexaneacetamide (Example 1 (a)) (500 mg) and bromo(4-cyanobutyl)-zinc (30 mL, 0.5 M solution in tetrahydrofuran). Purification (SiO2, methanol:dichloromethane 1:99 as eluant) gave the sub-title compound (600 mg).
