Reaction Steps
Prepared according to the method of example 30, using 2,6-dichloro-N-(cyclohexylmethyl)-5-quinolinecarboxamide (Example 43(a)) (200 mg) and D-proline, 1,1-dimethylethyl ester (310 mg). Purification (SiO2, ethyl acetate:isohexane 30:70 as eluant) gave the sub-title compound as an oil (250 mg).
