Procedure
6,7-Dichloro-2-[4-(2-morpholin-4-ylethoxy)phenyl]-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine (Example 206) (10 mg, 25 μmol) was dissolved in morpholine (0.5 ml) and heated in a microwave oven at 180° C. for 15 min. The excess morpholine was evaporated in vacuo and the oily residue triturated with EtOAc. The crystals formed were collected by filtration and washed with a 1: I EtOAc/n-heptane mixture. This afforded the product as a white powder (5 mg, 44%).
