4-[4-(4-Methoxypiperidin-1-yl)-2-spiro[5.5]undec-2-en-3-ylphenyl]piperazine-1-carboxylic acid t-butyl ester (524 mg, 1.0 mmol) prepared in Example (39f) was used as the starting material. A mixed solution of methanol, tetrahydrofuran and ethyl acetate was used instead of a mixed solvent of methanol and tetrahydrofuran for reaction in a manner similar to Example (8a) and treated in a similar manner, to give 517 mg of the title compound as a colorless solid.
