Reaction Steps
The same procedure as step 3 of example 1 was accomplished, except for using the epoxide compound (450 mg, 1.6 mmol) obtained in step 1 of example 2 and N-[(2-methyl-4-chlorophenyl)]-N-(2-methyl-2H-tetrazol-5-ylmethyl)amine. The crude product was purified by silica gel column chromatography (developing solvent-n-hexane:ethyl acetate=2:1), to give desired compound (235 mg, yield: 28%).
