As described for Example 71c, tetrahydro-pyran-4-ylamine was converted, using 3-{4-[3-(3-fluoro-phenyl)-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-yl]-imidazol-1-yl}-benzoic acid (100 mg, 0.28 mmol) instead of 4-[4-(5-methyl-3-phenyl-isoxazol-4-yl)-imidazol-1-yl]-benzoic acid, to the title compound (56 mg, 49%) which was obtained as an off-white solid. MS: m/e=447.0 [M+H]+.
