5-(4-Amino-3-cyclohept-1-enyl-phenyl)-1,3-dimethyl-tetrahydro-pyrimidin-2-one (as prepared in the previous step, 47.5 mg, 0.151 mmol) was coupled to 4-cyano-1-(2-trimethylsilanyl-ethoxymethyl)-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylic acid, potassium salt (as prepared in Example 1, step (d), 27.2 mg, 0.0890 mmol) as described in Example 1, step (1) to obtain the title compound (82 mg, 96%) after purification on silica (20-100% EtOAc-hexane): Mass spectrum (ESI, m/z): Calcd. for C30H42N6O3Si, 563.3 (M+H). found 563.1.
