5-[4-Amino-3-(4,4-dimethyl-cyclohex-1-enyl)-phenyl]-1,3-dimethyl-tetrahydro-pyrimidin-2-ylidene-cyanamide (as prepared in the previous step) was coupled to 4-cyano-1-(2-trimethylsilanyl-ethoxymethyl)-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylic acid, potassium salt (as prepared in Example 1) as described in Example 1, step (1) to obtain the title compound: Mass spectrum (ESI, m/z): Calcd. for C32H44N8O2Si, 601.3 (M+H). found 601.3.
