The solution of 7-benzyl-4-chloro-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-2-(methylthio)pyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidine (915 mg, 3 mmol) from Example 24. B. and 4-tert-butylaniline (537 mg, 3.6 mmol) in acetonitrile (5 mL) was irradiated in microwave at 180° C. for 10 min. Solid thus formed was filtered out and washed by hexanes. Product was obtained as a light brown solid (750 mg, 60%).
