A mixture of 4-chloro-7-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidine (7.5 mg), 7-amino-4,4-dimethylisoquinoline-1,3(2H,4H)-dione (30 mg) (prepared according to the reference: Snow, R. J. et al, J. Med. Chem. 2002, 45, 3394), and acetonitrile (0.5 mL) was heated with microwave at 180° C. for 60 min. The solvent was removed and the residue was purified by chromatography to give an off-white solid (6 mg).
