To a solution of 4-bromo-N-(1-{2-[3-(2-methyl-quinolin-4-yl)-ureido]-ethyl}-piperidin-4-yl)-benzenesulfonamide (Example 109., 27.3 mg, 0.05 mmol) in DMSO (1 mL) are added ethyliodide (7.8 mg, 0.05 mmol) and CsCO3 (40 mg, 12 mmol). The reaction mixture is stirred at room temperature for 3 h and then quenched with formic acid (0.25 mL). The reaction mixture is purified by preparative HPLC to provide the title compound.
