A suspension of the product of Example 48H in water (3 mL) was treated with 0.997N sodium hydroxide solution (0.410 mL) and stirred at 25° C. for 1 hour. The solution was lyophilized to give 209 mg (74%) of a yellow solid. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ ppm 0.43 m, 1 H) 0.70 (s, 9 H) 0.81 m, 1 H) 1.38 (s, 3 H) 1.71 m, 1 H) 2.16 (m, 1 H) 2.90 (s, 3H) 7.28 m, 3 H) 7.44 m, 3 H) 8.05 (d, J=7.35 Hz, 1 H) 9.87 (s, 1 H) 15.44 (s, 1 H); MS (ESI−) m/z 530 (M−H)−.
