A solution of 2-amino-N-((1S,2R,4R)-4-(tert-butylamino)-2-(hydroxymethyl)cyclohexyl)acetamide (54 mg, 0.21 mmol), 6-(trifluoromethyl)quinazolin-4-amine (52 mg, 0.25 mmol), and triethylamine (25 mg, 0.25 mmol) in 3 mL of ethanol was heated at 100° C. in the microwvae for 1 hr. The reaction mixture was concentrated and the residue chromatographed on silica gel (eluting with 2-8% NH4OH/MeOH/CH2Cl2) to give 21 mg of the title compound as a white solid.
